Refund Policy - By sending payment for a commission, you consent to the terms of this policy and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct with regards to payments, refunds, and commission handling. After the Draft has been provided to you, there are NO REFUNDS. 

Refunds will only be an option during the commission's drafting phase and ONLY after an effort has been made to rectify the art for a valid reason. Refunds won't be possible once the commission is finished. You must contact me personally by email (artsjemini@gmail.com) or DM on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook if you need to discuss a refund.
